Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Last Updated: 06/01/2026

At Revival Audio Systems, every product is designed and manufactured with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because nearly all of our products are custom-designed, made-to-order, or manufactured specifically for each customer's vehicle and project, our policies differ from those of traditional retail stores.

Our goal is simple: if we make a mistake, we will make it right. We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship and are committed to providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after your purchase.

1. Custom-Made Products

Most products sold by Revival Audio Systems are built specifically for each customer's order. Production often begins shortly after an order is placed, and products cannot typically be restocked or resold to another customer.

For this reason, all custom-made and made-to-order products are considered final sale unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production, fabrication, 3D printing, assembly, machining, finishing, or other manufacturing processes have started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If production has not yet begun, approved cancellations may be subject to payment processing fees or other non-recoverable costs incurred by Revival Audio Systems.

3. Returns

Because our products are custom-manufactured, we generally do not accept returns.

However, we will gladly accept returns for inspection if:

• The product contains a verified manufacturing defect.

• The product was damaged during shipping.

• The wrong product was shipped.

• The product does not fit or function as intended due to an error in our design or manufacturing.

If you believe one of these situations applies, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

Before authorizing a return, we may request photographs, videos, measurements, installation details, or other information to help evaluate the issue.

Products must not be returned without prior authorization.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

Because our products are custom-built specifically for each customer, we generally do not provide refunds.

Refunds are not available because:

• You changed your mind.

• You no longer need the product.

• You ordered the wrong product or incorrect options.

• You purchased incompatible equipment.

• Your project changed after ordering.

• You decided not to complete your installation.

• You found a different product elsewhere.

Instead of issuing refunds for custom-built products, we are committed to working with every customer to resolve legitimate manufacturing or workmanship concerns.

If we determine that a problem is the result of our workmanship or manufacturing, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the product.

• Rework or modify the product.

• Manufacture a replacement product.

• Replace defective components.

• Provide another reasonable solution that restores the intended functionality of the product.

Our objective is for every customer to receive a product that performs as intended.

5. One-Year Limited Warranty

Revival Audio Systems warrants to the original purchaser that products manufactured by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

9. Our Commitment

We build products for enthusiasts because we are enthusiasts ourselves.

Every product leaving our workshop is something we would proudly install in our own classic vehicle. While custom-built products cannot simply be returned to a shelf, we firmly believe that standing behind our craftsmanship is more important than offering a traditional return policy.

If the issue is our responsibility, we will work with you until it is resolved. Whether that means providing technical support, reworking a product, manufacturing a replacement, or finding another reasonable solution, our goal is to ensure that every customer receives a product worthy of the Revival Audio Systems name.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
