TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: 06/01/2026

Welcome to Revival Audio Systems. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, custom builds, and any purchases made through our website or directly through us.

By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting a custom request, contacting us about a project, or purchasing any product from Revival Audio Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website, place an order, or purchase our products.

Revival Audio Systems specializes in custom and made-to-order audio solutions for classic vehicles. Our products may include, but are not limited to, speaker enclosures, amplifier mounting solutions, custom audio components, wiring-related accessories, vehicle-specific audio parts, and other related products or services.

Because classic vehicles vary greatly in condition, previous modifications, restoration quality, factory tolerances, and owner preferences, all products and recommendations are provided based on the information available to us at the time of purchase or consultation. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information, review product details carefully, and ensure that any product purchased is suitable for their vehicle, project, and intended use.

  1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are using the website with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our website, products, content, or services for any unlawful, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or performance of our website or attempt to access any systems, data, or areas of the website that are not intended for public use.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit access, or terminate use of our website at any time if we believe a customer has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in abusive behavior, or attempted to misuse our products, services, or website.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to describe our products as accurately as possible, including product dimensions, materials, vehicle fitment, installation notes, recommended components, estimated installation time, and intended use. However, product descriptions, photos, specifications, and other content on our website are provided for general informational purposes and may not always reflect every small revision, improvement, or production change.

Because many of our products are custom-made, hand-finished, 3D printed, fabricated, assembled, or produced in small batches, minor variations may occur. These variations may include small differences in surface texture, finish, layer lines, cosmetic appearance, color tone, hardware details, or minor dimensional differences that do not affect the intended function of the product.

Product photos are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen settings, material availability, production improvements, supplier changes, or custom options selected by the customer.

We reserve the right to update, revise, improve, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice, provided that any product shipped to a customer will be reasonably consistent with the product description and intended function at the time of purchase.

  1. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most products offered by Revival Audio Systems are custom-made, made-to-order, vehicle-specific, or produced in limited quantities. When you place an order, your product may be manufactured, printed, assembled, modified, or finished specifically for you.

Because of this, production does not always begin immediately, and lead times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, project complexity, supplier delays, design requirements, testing, and other factors outside our direct control.

Any production time, shipping time, or delivery estimate provided on our website, by email, by message, or verbally is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed deadline unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

By placing an order for a custom or made-to-order product, you understand and agree that the product is being made specifically for your vehicle, project, or selected configuration, and that cancellations, returns, or refunds may be limited or unavailable as described in our separate Refund and Return Policy.

  1. VEHICLE FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY

Our products are designed for specific vehicles, model years, trims, configurations, or installation locations whenever such fitment is stated in the product description. However, classic vehicles are often modified, restored, repaired, repainted, re-trimmed, altered, or damaged over time. Factory tolerances, previous bodywork, aftermarket parts, interior changes, wiring changes, hidden repairs, and owner modifications can affect fitment.

The customer is responsible for confirming that their vehicle matches the stated product fitment before placing an order. This includes confirming the correct year, make, model, trim, body style, interior layout, available mounting space, speaker size, amplifier size, wiring requirements, and any other relevant installation details.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, we strongly encourage you to contact us before ordering. We will do our best to help you determine compatibility based on the information and photos you provide.

We stand behind our design and craftsmanship. If a product does not fit or perform as advertised due to an error in our design, manufacturing, or description, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include guidance, adjustment instructions, repair, modification, replacement, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.

However, we are not responsible for fitment issues caused by inaccurate customer information, vehicle modifications, prior repairs, non-original interiors, aftermarket components, improper installation, failure to follow instructions, missing measurements, or changes made to the vehicle after the order is placed.

  1. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

For custom projects, vehicle-specific products, or made-to-order items, we may rely on information provided by the customer. This may include photos, measurements, vehicle year, trim details, speaker preferences, amplifier models, component dimensions, desired layout, restoration details, wiring plans, or other project information.

You are responsible for making sure all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. We are not responsible for delays, redesigns, fitment issues, additional costs, or performance problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated information provided by the customer.

If measurements are required, they must be taken carefully. If photos are requested, they must clearly show the area, component, or issue being discussed. If the customer chooses not to provide requested information, we may be unable to confirm fitment or proceed with the project accurately.

  1. INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

Unless otherwise stated in writing, products sold by Revival Audio Systems are intended to be installed by the customer or by a qualified professional installer. Automotive audio installation may involve electrical wiring, vehicle disassembly, drilling, mounting, cutting, trimming, fastening, fuse installation, amplifier setup, speaker wiring, grounding, tuning, and other work that may affect vehicle systems.

Professional installation is strongly recommended, especially for amplifiers, wiring, fused power connections, DSPs, speakers, subwoofers, custom enclosures, or any product connected to a vehicle’s electrical system.

The customer is responsible for proper installation, safe wiring practices, correct fuse sizing, secure mounting, proper grounding, correct polarity, protection from moisture and heat, and making sure the installation does not interfere with vehicle operation, safety systems, seat belts, pedals, steering, brakes, fuel systems, wiring harnesses, ventilation, or any other critical vehicle function.

Revival Audio Systems is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, malfunction, fire, electrical failure, vehicle damage, personal injury, death, or other consequences caused by improper installation, unsafe wiring, incorrect use, modification of the product, failure to follow instructions, installation by an unqualified person, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.

  1. SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Any modification to a vehicle carries risk. By purchasing, installing, or using our products, you acknowledge that automotive customization, audio installation, electrical work, and aftermarket modifications may involve risks including, but not limited to, electrical shorts, fire, component failure, vehicle damage, impaired vehicle function, loose components, rattles, reduced visibility, interference with factory systems, hearing damage, distraction while driving, personal injury, or death.

You agree to use all products responsibly and only in a safe, lawful, and intended manner. You agree not to install or use any product in a way that creates an unsafe condition, distracts the driver, blocks visibility, interferes with vehicle controls, overloads electrical systems, damages factory wiring, or violates applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your vehicle remains safe to operate after installation of any product purchased from Revival Audio Systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revival Audio Systems shall not be liable for any injury, death, vehicle damage, property damage, accident, fire, electrical issue, loss of use, towing cost, labor cost, lost income, or other direct or indirect damage arising from improper installation, misuse, unsafe use, unauthorized modification, or failure to inspect and maintain the product after installation.

  1. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order through our website or directly with Revival Audio Systems does not guarantee acceptance of that order. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders containing incorrect pricing, product availability issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, shipping restrictions, export limitations, technical errors, or any circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling an order responsibly.

Once an order has been accepted, production may begin immediately. Because many of our products are custom-made or built specifically for each customer, materials may be ordered, engineering work may begin, and manufacturing may commence shortly after an order is placed.

For this reason, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Please refer to our separate Refund and Return Policy for additional information regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

If we determine that we are unable to complete an order before shipment, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue any applicable refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

  1. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, product specifications, available options, shipping charges, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If an obvious pricing or product information error is discovered before an order has shipped, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.

Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, value-added taxes, or similar governmental charges that may apply to international shipments.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payment in full is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We accept payment methods offered through our website or otherwise approved by Revival Audio Systems.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any additional fees associated with your order.

If payment authorization is declined, delayed, reversed, or otherwise fails, we reserve the right to suspend production, delay shipment, or cancel the order.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Revival Audio Systems to provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. We are committed to working with every customer in good faith and believe that most concerns can be resolved through open communication.

  1. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

We believe that providing knowledgeable customer support is an important part of every project.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order if they have questions regarding compatibility, product selection, installation, customization, or system design.

After delivery, if a customer experiences a concern regarding one of our products, we ask that they contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs, measurements, videos, installation details, equipment specifications, or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.

We will make every reasonable effort to provide technical assistance, installation guidance, troubleshooting recommendations, or other support relating to products manufactured by Revival Audio Systems.

Technical advice provided by us is based upon the information available at the time and is offered as general guidance. Because we cannot inspect every vehicle or installation, customers remain responsible for verifying that all installation procedures are appropriate for their specific vehicle and project.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Certain products sold, recommended, or referenced by Revival Audio Systems may be manufactured by third-party companies.

Recommendations regarding speakers, amplifiers, digital signal processors (DSPs), wiring kits, installation accessories, hardware, adhesives, or other components are based upon our professional experience and are provided solely as recommendations.

We do not manufacture or control products produced by third-party manufacturers and therefore cannot guarantee their availability, specifications, compatibility, quality, reliability, shipping times, or warranty coverage.

Any warranty applicable to third-party products remains solely the responsibility of the original manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise by Revival Audio Systems.

Revival Audio Systems shall not be responsible for failures, defects, recalls, discontinued products, shipping delays, or performance issues relating to products manufactured by third-party manufacturers.

  1. CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

Revival Audio Systems specializes in custom-designed automotive audio solutions tailored to individual vehicles, customer preferences, and project goals. Custom projects may include unique mounting solutions, speaker enclosures, amplifier mounting systems, complete audio layouts, custom fabrication, 3D-printed components, and other vehicle-specific products.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom designs, engineering concepts, CAD files, drawings, measurements, prototypes, manufacturing methods, production techniques, and related intellectual property developed by Revival Audio Systems remain our exclusive property, regardless of whether a customer ultimately purchases the finished product.

Design recommendations are based on the information available during the consultation process, including customer-provided specifications, measurements, photographs, vehicle details, component selections, and project goals. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete and accurate.

Changes to the vehicle, selected equipment, project scope, installation method, or customer requirements after design work has begun may require additional engineering, redesign, testing, manufacturing, or production time and may result in additional charges.

Custom design is a collaborative process. While customer feedback is welcomed throughout the project, final engineering decisions remain the responsibility of Revival Audio Systems to ensure safety, structural integrity, manufacturability, proper fitment, durability, and overall product quality.

Concept drawings, renderings, digital previews, prototypes, and sample images are intended to illustrate the overall design concept. Minor dimensional adjustments, hardware substitutions, manufacturing improvements, or material substitutions may occur during production provided they do not materially reduce the intended functionality or quality of the finished product.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, custom designs developed for one customer may later become part of our standard product offerings. Purchasing a custom-designed product does not grant exclusive ownership or exclusivity of the underlying design.

  1. PRODUCT PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS

Every classic vehicle is unique. Vehicles of the same year, make, and model may differ significantly due to restoration work, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, manufacturing tolerances, age, interior replacement, electrical changes, body repairs, corrosion, insulation, or normal wear over time.

Because of these variables, actual fitment, installation experience, appearance, and overall audio performance may vary from one vehicle to another.

Overall system performance depends upon numerous factors beyond the products sold by Revival Audio Systems. These factors include, but are not limited to, speaker selection, amplifier power, DSP tuning, enclosure design, wiring quality, installation practices, electrical system condition, power delivery, cabin acoustics, vehicle insulation, component matching, and proper calibration.

Photographs, videos, sound demonstrations, customer testimonials, technical specifications, installation examples, and marketing materials are intended to demonstrate the capabilities of properly installed systems. They should not be interpreted as guarantees that identical results will be achieved in every vehicle.

Where specific performance claims are made, they apply only when products are installed correctly, paired with suitable components, operated within their intended specifications, and used under normal operating conditions.

We proudly stand behind the quality of our engineering and craftsmanship. If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect or if a fitment or functional issue results from an error in our design or manufacturing process, we will work with the customer in good faith to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include technical support, revised installation guidance, replacement components, repair, modification, or replacement of the affected product at our discretion.

Our goal is not simply to manufacture products but to help our customers build exceptional audio systems for their classic vehicles. We are committed to providing knowledgeable support before, during, and after every purchase and will make every reasonable effort to ensure our products perform as intended when installed and used correctly.

Except as expressly provided in our separate Warranty Policy, no statement made on our website, in advertising, through customer communications, or during technical discussions shall be interpreted as creating any additional warranty or guarantee beyond those expressly stated by Revival Audio Systems.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, reverse engineered, republished, transmitted, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The purchase of any product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with that product.

Customers may not manufacture, reproduce, scan, copy, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works based upon any custom product, engineering design, CAD model, or proprietary component developed by Revival Audio Systems without our express written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action to protect our rights under applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

  1. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit photographs, reviews, installation pictures, videos, testimonials, comments, suggestions, feedback, or other content to Revival Audio Systems through our website, email, social media, or any other communication channel, you grant Revival Audio Systems a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use such content for marketing, educational, promotional, or informational purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to submit such content and that its use by Revival Audio Systems will not violate the rights of any third party.

If you would prefer that your submitted content not be used publicly, please notify us in writing at the time of submission. We respect our customers' privacy and will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revival Audio Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the purchase, installation, use, misuse, inability to use, or performance of any product or service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of business, lost profits, vehicle downtime, towing expenses, rental vehicle expenses, installation or removal labor, diagnostic charges, property damage, damage to other vehicle components, loss of data, personal injury, death, or any other direct or indirect loss arising from the installation or use of our products.

Our products are intended to be installed and used responsibly. Automotive electrical work, fabrication, and vehicle modification involve inherent risks. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that products are installed correctly, used safely, and maintained appropriately.

Revival Audio Systems is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper wiring, insufficient electrical protection, incompatible equipment, excessive power, environmental exposure, accidents, negligence, failure to follow instructions, or any use outside the intended purpose of the product.

Except where prohibited by law, the total liability of Revival Audio Systems for any claim arising from the purchase or use of any product shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revival Audio Systems, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, successors, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your purchase, installation, or use of our products.

• Your modification of any vehicle.

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Improper installation or misuse of any product.

• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• Claims brought by third parties arising from your use of our products.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Revival Audio Systems shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations when such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.

These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, transportation delays, shortages of materials, supplier interruptions, utility failures, internet outages, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of such circumstances, production and delivery schedules may be extended for the duration of the delay without liability to Revival Audio Systems.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of our website, or the purchase of our products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Wisconsin, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through direct communication.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Refund and Return Policy, Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published on our website, constitute the complete agreement between Revival Audio Systems and the customer regarding the use of our website, products, and services.

No oral statements, prior discussions, representations, or understandings shall modify these Terms unless expressly agreed to in writing by Revival Audio Systems.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify, revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time an order is placed shall govern that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
